ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly experienced Manager of Logistics to lead all inbound and outbound logistics operations supporting xAI’s data center construction, expansion, and ongoing operations. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end logistics strategy for high-value, time-sensitive materials and equipment (including servers, networking gear, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and specialized data center components) across multiple sites. You will ensure seamless, cost-efficient, and reliable supply chain execution while minimizing downtime and risk in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position combines strategic leadership of logistics processes with hands-on operational oversight to support xAI’s aggressive build and deployment timelines.
