As part of the OpenAI for Government team you will work across federal, state, and local governments, helping to accelerate AI adoption, so civil servants can spend less time on red tape and more on meaningful work. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clear, persuasive, and compliant written materials that communicate OpenAI’s value to government customers. You’ll collaborate closely with capture lead, technical subject matter experts, legal, and product teams to produce high-quality proposals, RFx responses, white papers, and related materials. This is an ideal role for someone with 5–10 years of experience in government proposal writing who thrives on turning complex technical ideas into compelling narratives and enjoys working across functions in a fast-paced environment.
