We work closely with research, product, legal, communications, and go-to-market teams to anticipate emerging issues, shape responsible policy outcomes, and advance OpenAI’s mission around the world. ## **About the Role** OpenAI is seeking an exceptional leader to serve as **Head of APAC Growth Markets, Global Affairs**. This role will lead OpenAI’s policy engagement, strategic partnerships, and regional campaigns across a portfolio of high-priority growth markets in Asia Pacific, including Southeast Asia and other markets selected based on strategic opportunity, regulatory developments, and company priorities. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Asia-Pacific, Global Affairs, you will build trusted relationships with governments, regulators, and influential institutions; shape regional market strategies; and help create the policy and operating conditions for OpenAI’s long-term success. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of technology, geopolitics, regulation, and economic transformation.
