You will design learning experiences, write curriculum, define assessments. You will leverage AI throughout the work. That includes using models to draft and QA course content, generate practice scenarios and code examples, and help keep materials current when products evolve. The outcome is an education program that is higher quality, faster to produce, and easier to keep consistent.You will partner closely with Customer Education, Product, and Technical Success to ensure we teach skills that matter, show measurable outcomes, and support AI enablement at scale.About the roleYou will own strategy and execution for enterprise learning pathways and curriculum. You will create coherent learning experiences from fundamentals to real skill application, aligned to key customer outcomes, and supported by simple instruments like quizzes, skill checks, project rubrics, and badging.This role is a blend of instructional design, content writing, and AI powered education operations.
